Pega Architect/Business Architect

Required skills/Experience:
- Pega Experience: Familiarity with Pega is highly desirable, even if it s not extensive.
- Business Requirements Expertise: Strong ability to gather, write, and translate business requirements effectively.
- Facilitation Skills: Prior experience as a Scrum Master (SM) or similar role is a significant plus, as it demonstrates strong facilitation and organizational abilities.
- Experience Design Knowledge: A background or understanding of experience design would be a valuable addition.
- This role will require a candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in bridging the gap between technical and business teams.
